Winter Golf League | The Dogleg

We will be launching our 12-week Winter 2026 Leagues starting October 1st. We will have an A-League and a B-League in order to give players of all skill levels an opportunity to experience the fun of league golf. Both leagues will be 2-person teams and the handicapped Better Ball format. Both leagues are FREE to all members. Members are allowed to have a non-member as their league partner. Any non-member league players will pay a $150 fee to participate.

A-League will be played on elite/challenging golf courses from around the globe designed to test your skills.

B-League will be played on equally elite but more forgiving courses from friendlier tee boxes with fun and enjoyment being the primary goal. Fun for all skill levels :).

** Both leagues will be 18 holes every week and will be 12 weeks long. **

** Better Ball means... Both players play their own ball from tee to green. Your team score on each hole is the "better" score of the two players. Additionally, this is a handicapped league, so each player receives a certain amount of strokes on each hole according to his/her own Trackman Handicap. **

** Different tee boxes will be applied for men and women golfers.**

I'm excited to announce a Winter League for our Club.

Just like our Member-Guest Tournament, you are allowed to have a non-member as your teammate (THEY MUST DOWNLOAD THE TRACKMAN APP ON THEIR PHONE SO THEY CAN QUICK LOG IN JUST LIKE YOU!!). This is a free league, even for any non-members you choose to have as your teammate. This league will be a 2-person team, Better Ball format. Better Ball means this.... you each play your own golf ball, the best score on each hole between the two of you is the score your team will record on your scorecard.

THE FOLLOWING IS HOW YOU ESTABLISH A TRACKMAN HANDICAP:

PLAY 2 OR 3 ROUNDS OF GOLF (AT A MINIMUM) AT THE DOGLEG AFTER LOGGING IN WITH YOUR APP.

MULLIGANS MUST BE TURNED OFF.

THE GIMME CIRCLE MUST BE 12' OR LESS. AUTO FIXED AND THE OTHER AUTO PUTT OPTIONS ALSO WORK I BELIEVE.

YOUR APP WILL AUTOMATICALLY START CALCULATING YOUR HANDICAP AS YOU PLAY A FEW ROUNDS OF GOLF AND YOU'LL SEE IT AT THE TOP OF YOUR HOMESCREEN ON YOUR APP.

OBVIOUSLY THE MORE ROUNDS YOU PLAY, THE MORE ACCURATE YOUR HANDICAP WILL BE. BUT I THINK YOU'LL START SEEING YOUR HANDICAP ON YOUR APP AFTER JUST 1 ROUND.
